Q: My application has been Approved. What paperwork will I need to send and where do I sent it to receive funding on my contract?
- Credit Application (signed by applicant(s))
- Copy of Photo ID of Applicant(s) (Drivers License, Passport, etc.)
- Retail Installment Agreement (signed)
- Assignment Form (signed)
- If necessary, Cosigner form (signed)
Once you have all the forms completed and signed, please mail them to:

Q: How soon do I receive the funds after you receive the paperwork?
If the paperwork is received by 2PM Eastern Time, the funds should appear in your account on the next business day.
Q: I wish to use the electronic signature process. What information do I need to send to you for this process?
If you are using our electronic signature process, please follow these simple steps below: - Email the following information to Loans@umwsb.com:
- Applicant Email Address
- Co-Applicant Email Address (if applicable)
- Your Email Address
- Special Financing Terms (Same As Cash, if applicable)
- Photo ID of the Applicant (and Co-Applicant if applicable)
- The Customer can email it directly to us
at Loans@umwsb.com or they can email/fax it to you.
- The Photo ID needs to be legible for us to accept it.
- Once the information is received, the electronic documents will be generated for signature. The documents will be sent out via email to all parties on the agreement, including you, for signature. The documents will be password protected and please contact our office to obtain the password for the document. Once all parties have completed the signature process, each party will receive a final, signed copy of the forms via email for their records.
- Once we receive the Photo ID and all the signed electronic documents, we will fund the contract to you. You will not need to mail us the original signed forms, since the electronic documents will replace them.

Please be advised that submitted contracts are graded during office hours, seven days per week. However, due to low demand, contracts submitted either before of after office hours may not be returned until the following business day.
