Simple Steps to Sign-up
Welcome Piano Dealer!
It is quick and easy to sign up for the services offered by Piano Credit Company. Simply follow the instructions below.
You will see below a list of four Adobe Acrobat documents. Simply click on the documents to open them in your web browser. If you prefer to save a copy of the documents to your local hard drive for printing and future reference, you can "right mouse click" on the documents and select "Save Target As".
- You will need to open four documents: Enrollment Checklist, Dealer Enrollment Form, ACH Form, and the Special Terms Same As Cash (SAC) Form. Once a document has been opened with Adobe Acrobat, you must print the document by selecting "Print" under the file menu.Print the Dealer Enrollment Form twice as you will need two copies.
- Complete and sign the Dealer Enrollment Form, ACH Form and two copies of the Retail Finance Dealer Agreement.
- Mail original documents to the address listed below.
Note: In all cases a copy of a "voided" check will be necessary to complete the ACH funding process. This can be mailed or faxed along with the signed documents.
